IMM Cologne Lets You Know How to Update Your Living Room Decor

IMM Cologne opened its doors yesterday, and we went looking for some ideas on how to revamp our living room decor this year.

It probably goes without saying that one of our favorite stands at IMM so far is located in Hall 11.1. DelightFULL and Essential Home’s stand (D.003) is exceptionally well located and since yesterday, it has been gathering the attention of many attendees. Especially the ones that – just like you – have been looking for ideas on how to improve their living rooms.

This year, the two mid-century brands bring a selection of some of the best mid-century lamps, as well as some incredible mid-century furniture. And if we are going to talk about many other amazing brands that are exhibiting at IMM Cologne, today we are going to focus on what these two brands can bring to your new living room decor!

A mid-century credenza is a must have in any living room. If you don’t have any yet and are now finally creating the living room of your dreams, know that the sideboard you are looking for is currently being exhibited at IMM Cologne, in stand D.003. Inspired by 007, Monocles sideboard creates a statement in any room.

Marquee lamps have been a huge hit at IMM, so far! This year, attendees are all about the industrial look, and DelightFULL’s Graphic collection has a magic touch that not that many brands can deliver. They have multiple designs all around their stand, but this Y neon letter stood out. With an infinite optical illusion, this is an amazing lighting design to feature in your living room and it will be a big hit with whoever you have over for your next dinner party.

Armchairs are a must have in any living room, whichever is the style you are going for. This classic mid-century design by Essential Home is usually upholstered in navy leather, but this time, Essential Home’s designers and craftsmen wanted to take things a little bit further and decided to go with a custom Essential Home fabric to upholster the insanely comfortable seat.
