In order to celebrate AD’s 200th issue, the magazine released a list of the 200 most influential people in the design and art world right now. AD: 200, as it is called, the list contains names such as Kelly Wearstler, Karl Lagerfeld, and Wes Anderson. However, many other famous names can be found in this exclusive list of designers and influencers who have been daring enough to reshape our world as we know it. Together, Wes Anderson and his partner, author and illustrator Juman Malouf curated their first exhibition for Kunsthistorisches Museum. From November 2018 until the end of April 2019, a series of 400 objects were on display in eight small, color-coded rooms, making visitors reliving a series of first loves, “mixing fastidiousness with kitsch”.
