A color so intense can only be paired with colors of the same intensity. Go for teals and other dark colors, mixing it up with brass materials or dark wood and metals to reflect the palette, like a chandelier or a mirror. However, when picking colors, don’t forget: only use white in very small pieces such as accessories. The contrast of these two colors is too strong and doesn’t look appealing on the eye. It’s hard to get right but once you do, you’ll never want to go back.

If you use Ultra Violet in your home decor, don’t forget to use the right fabrics. Go for upholstered sofas, velvet, linen and silk to accentuate the color even more. Add decorative pillows of brighter colors mixed with darker ones, such as a patterned metallic orange and a patterned black and white, and pair it with greens and other reflective furniture pieces. Your living room never looked so good, did it?
If you have a dining area on your living room you can add this stunning color to its palette as well. Go for seductive velvet in Ultra Violet and a marble dining table, maybe even a patterned wallpaper that brings even more color into the room. The best furniture pieces for that effect? Marie chair, an occasional dining chair that incorporates all of the mid-century modern elements into a contemporary vision, and Vinicius, a dining table designed in a curvy hourglass shape and finished in nero marquina marble, contrasted by the white portuguese estremoz marble.

Contrast it with bright and passionate colors as well, just like red or a pink, and even a green. You can’t go wrong with that!
How about an armchair to relax after a long day, a sideboard and a good rug to harmonize it all? If you add Ultra Violet on the armchair and wallpaper, you can easily combine the rest of the furniture pieces in wood, brass, and grey and earthy tones. You’ll get the perfect living room corner with an intense color scheme that everyone will absolutely adore!
