Next September, Maison et Objet Paris honors one of the most successful interior designers in Britain: Ilse Crawford. For that reason, we selected a few living room ideas for your next project, inspired by the next edition’s designer of the year.

There’s not just a coincidence that Ilse was named Designer of the Year (DOY) for the Maison et objet 2016 September Edition fair. She will be the first DOY to handle the scenography of the Designers’ Studio, in Hall 8 because she really deserves it.

Crawford started her career as a journalist (and she was the founding editor-in-chief of ELLE Decoration UK). After over a decade in magazines, with a mission to put human needs and desires back at the center of the design, she founded her multi-disciplinary practice Studioilse in 2001. See more here.
