We’re obviously here because this modern home living room is just worth everything. Let’s take a look at this amazing 1965 mid-century modern residence by YamaMar Design in collaboration with interior designer Alison Damonte, and see why you should definitely try out the mid-century design for your family room.
Right off the top, we can see how the different textures interact beautifully with each other, setting a trendy tone for the room.
Another feature that cannot go unnoticed is the wooden beams in the ceiling, which is not only an industrial design reminiscent detail, but it also gives the right mid-century ambiance to the room.
Finally, what his mid-century modern living room has that makes it so appealing and unique, are the patterns and colors scattered all around the room. We have mustard, green, white, soft gray, pastel orange and the ever elegant beige. Combine that with those bold mid-century patterns and you’ve got yourself a winning design.
Now let’s check out the rest of the house just for fun. Because it’s so worth it!
