To hear the swoosh of the waves, to see them break and calm down, to see the never-ending horizon- this infinity is so soothing, so why not adding the flair of this amazing feeling to your heart-piece of your home, the living room?
We will show you some magical interior design and how you can add it to your living room, are you ready for a break?
The classic elegant one
Starting with the typical chic beach living room. Nearly everybody knows it already through pictures in magazines or in friends houses. The use of these neutral base shade in white/beige lets the room act very open and elegant, the high ceiling is supporting this effect. The light blue shades which are used only in the decor, as well as the typical beach decoration, like shells, creates the intensive identification with the sea.
Imagination is your friend
Drawing and pictures support the sea effect very well. Images are good for the imaginations of us and hey, we are very good at imagining a place when you can identify with so many fitting elements, so just let your imagination take you for a moment! The wood weave in different kinds of pieces also connects to nature.
Let’s get rustical
This living room shows us a beach style, just in a rustical way. Because of all the wood which is used for the wall paneling, the fire-place and the vintage decor of the little ship in the corner left we feel directly remember to a comfy rustical house at the beach. Every interior here is screaming for calm and serenity, in every part of the room you find some cozy area where you can just let the soul dangle.
Simple with a straight structure
The stripes identify the beach style in this living room. With the light material of the rug and the stripes are reminiscent of a sail. All in all, it is a very straight design, the simplicity lets it be very elegant. The little side tables which are made of wood, the braided center table, and the blue highlight pillows and lamps are supporting this style gently.
Something different – a furniture mixture of old and new and so many different material structures make this look to a stunning tropical sea adventure. With a dark blue color wall, the room is getting depth and everywhere your eye is wandering it hits some white coral decor. Recognition gives us a comfortable feeling; the prints of palms and the real plants adding freshness. The highlight is the treasure chest in the middle of the room which is individually used as a center table- what an idea!
Enjoy the difference in beach living rooms!
