The first of our top 5 rustic and cosy living rooms comes from @rusticmountainhome. This one is our favourite of the 5 because it has a lot of space and this is a perfect one to experiment on. Because, and that’s just to add some nice and high-quality Mid-century, we would change the chandelier and sofa. We think they don’t really match the living room that well. We would choose for the Curtis Sofa from Essential Home and Hank suspension from DelightFULL.
GET THE MID-CENTURY IMPROVED LOOK
Number 2 in our rustic and cosy living rooms top 5 is this living room from @laid_back_farmhouse. The combination of soft colours makes this one of my favourites because the wood and white combine perfectly together. The black stove is a nice decorative element that makes this living room feel complete. The natural tones and big windows make this place very enlighted. Just adding the Diana pendant lamp from DelightFULL would make this room extra special, thanks to its mid-century design.

The 3rd example of our 5 rustic and cosy living rooms will be found on @ohsweetskey‘s Instagram. You feel immediately at home in this living room. Because the colours just match, there’s a perfect balance between light and darker colours. And thanks to the typical rustic details, such as the door on the left, you acknowledge that this living room is special. To add some mid-century into this living room, we would replace the armchair by Essential Home’s Grace armchair, just to make this place that little bit more special and luxurious.

We’ve chosen this one because it is one-toned, so even when you want to have one particular colour ruling your rustic living room, it is possible without ruining your design. However, we want to make it a little bit more fun and that’s why we would change the rug with Essential Home’s Allen Rug.
