Nº75 Kenmare

Nº75 Kenmare is a collection of thirty-eight condominiums uniquely modern designed. Kravitz Design created distinct public and private spaces combining raw and highly tactile details with polished amenities to grant a sophisticated New York feel which harmonises uptown elegance and downtown edge.
Fazenda Sao Tome

Fazenda Sao Tome is a private residence in Brazil. It is an 1860’s colonial-style home and property with a large main house, a sizable guest house and a spacious villa. Kravitz Design did the restoration of the entire property, creating accommodations for at least twenty-six guests.
The Sound Room

The Sound Room is a versatile multi-sensory space designed to be a studio, a screening room, performance space and even a gaming room in The Kent, a condominium on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. The Sound Room has textured carpeting, natural woods and mirrors that appeal to every generation.

The Stanley House

The Stanley House is a residential project located in West Hollywood, high above Sunset Strip offering amazing views of the city and the ocean. Kravitz Design was in charge of the creative direction the home would take, working closely with the developer and contractors.
Hotel de Roxie

Hotel de Roxie is a private residence in Paris, a renovation done to a former hotel in the 16th arrondissement. This renovation included extensive interior and exterior work as well as landscape design. Kravitz Design furnished the entire house with an eclectic mix of modern and vintage furniture with a focus on the 60s and 70s unique studio items.
L’Arc

L’Arc is a nightclub in Paris and Kravitz Design was commissioned with the renovation and overall creative direction of L’Arc. L’Arc is situated in the 16th arrondissement and faces the incomparable Place de l’Etoile and Arc de Triomphe.
SLS Las Vegas

Kravitz Design created the five luxury suites at the SLS Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Unique penthouse concepts were developed by Kravitz Design to complement the distinctive themes of each of the three hotel towers. The penthouses were furnished with custom-designed furniture items along with a mix of eclectic vintage finds.

Crosby Street

Crosby Street is a private residential project in SoHo, New York, which encapsulated four bedrooms, a media room, living room, office and a chefs kitchen with its own terrace and two outdoor living areas. Kravitz Design also furnished the entire residence with distinctive vintage and contemporary items, finishing the space with a bold graphic mural at the entry painted by a local artist.
Paramount Bay

Paramount Bay is a luxury condo in Miami. The building was developed by Arquitectonica, with forty-seven floors and waterfront residences. Kravitz Design re-imagined all interior public areas, a public plaza, and two large pool decks.
Biscayne Point Residence

Kravitz Design was assigned to oversee the remodel and interior design of a ranch-style residence overlooking Biscayne Bay in North Miami Beach. The renovation was a two-year project of the entire property, including a complete transformation of the landscape and an expansive pool deck.
