California Oak Pass villa is located just outside Beverly Hills, on top of a montain in a park of oak trees. It was designed by Walker Workshop Design Build studio. The villa has an incredible view and was build uo having it all in consideration, there are two floors, a living room on the upper floor, most exposed to sunlight, keeping the sleeping area at basement level. There’s a good balance between the indoor and outdoor creating a peacefull and quiet atmosphere, which is perfect for vacations.

Sharifi-ha House, in Tehran, is considered one of the most beautiful villas in the world. The inspiration came from Iranian traditional houses. There’s two different living rooms, one more cosy for winter time and other with a view for summer season. It’s a special villa since it has the capacity to adapt according to the seasons due to its three boxes able to rotate by 90 degrees like in a Rubik’s cube. The villa acts like it has its own life. Sharifi-ha house evolves and transforms itself according to the seasons thanks to three boxes able to rotate by 90 degrees like in a Rubik’s cube, leading the building’s volume to change.
